A native of France, Theo earned his first law degree from the prestigious Panthéon-Assas University in Paris (Master’s in International Business Law). He obtained his second law degree from Fordham School of Law (LLM in Corporate, Banking, and Finance). He is licensed to practice law in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar and the New York City Bar Associations.
