Tim brings more than forty years of tax and corporate practice to the firm’s clients – income, estate, and international tax, ERISA and benefits, and the business questions that surround them. He represents closely held businesses and their principals, not-for-profit organizations, and foreign persons investing into the U.S.
Tim holds a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, and is admitted in New York and before the U.S. Tax Court.
