Theo Rieu

Theo advises companies across the business life cycle – governance, venture financings, and commercial agreements – and leads the firm’s intellectual property work: trademarks, copyright, licensing, and brand protection. He also guides companies through immigration and global mobility, moving international teams across borders.

Theo holds law degrees from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris and Fordham Law School, and is admitted to practice in New York.
