Rob Griffitts

Rob founded Griffitts LLP and leads the Corporate & Technology practice. For more than twenty years he has advised companies, boards, and investors on M&A, financings, joint ventures, and governance – with particular depth in technology, from artificial intelligence to digital infrastructure.
